Hi good morning, can you believe that March is almost gone! I’ve been crawling in the corners, dusting ceilings, planting seeds and getting ready for summer!
How have you been this week?
As I was trying to get everything done with the two toddlers at home I had to make some phone calls the other day and I’ve realized I have nothing for them to do when I’m super busy.
My kids have always been fans of Play-Doh, I am not a big fan of store-bought play do I have so many reasons that I could say why I prefer homemade over the store! My mom always made homemade playdough I think that might have a lot to do with it too, and I actually have the recipe that she always made playdough with so I know it’s easy and it’s a really good go to recipe!
So I thought the other morning that I would quickly whip some up, and I thought that maybe I should share the recipe because what Mom could not use 10 minutes of quiet time while their kids are playing with some Play-Doh.
Another thing that I absolutely love about it is that I know it there’s nothing toxic and so when is a two-year-old puts in his mouth I can just laugh at the face that he makes!
Have you ever made homemade Play-Doh before?
I do not use peanut butter in mine, I’ve never tried it have you tried peanut butter play doh let me know what you think about peanut butter playdough!
This Play-Doh takes roughly 10-15 minutes to make, it takes about half an hour to have a cool down enough to have kids play with it. Ideally you would like to have a cool down a little more but you do what you got to do right!
This recipe is super easy and it really doesn’t require many ingredients or much time!
2 cups flour
2 cups hot water
1 cup salt
4 tsp cream of tartar
4 Tbsp oil
food coloring
Combine all ingredients into a saucepan.
Heat to medium and stir all together.
Keep stirring until it forms a ball, and you can hold it away from the pot
Place on counter in knead for about 2 minutes until it’s sticks together and is smooth, and fun to play with! Flatten out and let cool, completely cool before storing into an airtight container, I use a Ziploc bag this works just as good and store until ready to play
We went with a light blue this time, I thought it’d be a cute colour to go with Easter! And there’s really only so many colours that I am going to create throwing it into a saucepan LOL.
That is how I tryed to get a little bit of quiet time here!
What is your go to distraction item?
I am happy I took that little time to make it, the littles play with it every day now!
Hope you have a great mommy quite minute day! There is very little time I a day for us to enjoy quite so, grab it when you can!
Want more fun, mom tips and tricks? More on what daily chaos is happening?

Hi good morning, welcome back to Classy Classics By Kandis!
How are you this week?
I thought I would come on for this week and talk about the power of good Power Hour! It has been getting so much nicer here, the sun is shining the snow is melting and the mud is coming out!
I love this time of year because I get to bust out of her house right away, it’s been a long winter here with the littles it’s always longer tho right!
But, I thought that this week would be a good week to talk about just trying to get a good Power Hour in when you’re busy through the day! It can be hard because stay at home mom it feels like I should just be cleaning all the time! But, then in reality at the end of the day for me point of doing a whole bunch of cleaning right before we come stomping into the house from playing outside!
So, let’s talk about routine I’ve been trying to get into to keep my house okay while we are outside playing in the puddles!
How much do you think you can get them in an hour? I can get most of my basic’s done if I really pushed hard for an hour!
So, this last week what I have been trying to enjoy doing as we will get whatever organizing done first thing in the morning, get the house picked up, lunch figure it out hopefully something really easy and then we usually try to go outside for an hour before lunch!
Now this seems fine and it is we have been doing this two if not three times in a day! It doesn’t get dark here until right around 8 p.m. now which makes it really nice to try to have more outside time!
So, for my typical Power Hour I will have stuff at the door for us when we come in, everybody’s stuff that gets hung up or into the dryer dependant, and then we come in and get going!
I find as long as I have most of my deep cleaning and stuff done then my Power Hour I can usually get the housewipe down the dishes done the floors swept and spot mopped!
I recently got some new cleaning stuff and I’m hoping we’ll keep my house tidy faster and longer so, we’ll see!
What kind of quick and easy cleaning products do you guys have, I don’t need for Solutions because I make my own with vinegar but I mean for speed cleaning?
I recently just got the Swiffer vac, and actually got a new steam mop! I am so excited over the steam mop and I’m hoping that it makes it easier to keep the house cleaner!
So I’m trying to make it so that lately I’m not cleaning all day got the basic cleaning I’m trying to focus on some major decluttering and deep cleaning!
What do you try to do when you have power hour to get your house done?
Have you ever done a power hour?
They are literally one of the best time saving house keeping waves of a busy mom! I’m trying to be less busy and being more there for my children for the play and fun, but, why do they need to eat so much!
However, there’s nothing better than waking up the next morning to a clean house and so this is where I strive to have my evening routine as strong as I can!
I will leave some links below from some blogs about some of the old routines, because, when in doubt follow a routine and you will have so much extra time!
Let me know if you do Power hours like dealing with block like! And of course if you want more fun, more days of day tips tricks, and of course cleaning motivation make sure you come and check out my other social media pages on Instagram and on Facebook I will of course leave the link down below!
Until next week have a great day, a wonderful weekend, and a productive week! Bye for now
Good morning, welcome back to Classy Classics By Kandis! Happy Monday, how are you today?
Can you believe it is already the middle of March! This month always goes by really fast I assume it’s because this month it’s my birthday month!
This week’s blog I was going to transplant all of those little seeds that I started getting the other plants into bigger pots and are ready to start more seeds!
So, this is the second step 2 to prestarting seeds in the house to go into the garden!
Couple weeks ago I did a blog up about starting seeds did you see it, I’ll a link below for you to see it!
I’m hoping to not have to buy too many plants is here from the local greenhouse! I always go and buy some stuff tho!
Make sure to support any local greenhouses! Their work is incredible!
Make sure you check out the other blog if you are going to start some seeds!
So, in this this blog I am trying to transplant my seeds, I may not have as many pictures as what I would like, this is because I’m trying to figure out what to do instead of buying dirt!
I am running around outside seeing what pots might have dirt in it, if there’s any spots that aren’t under two feet of snow still, that’d be cool!
I absolutely dread buying dirt, it is something that kills me every spring, every year I tell the kids to go and dig me some dirt so, we have dirt at this time of year it doesn’t happen!
So, I went to see what I can do for dirt before I go and buy some oh, but we’re going to go ahead and get what we can transplanted before then!
Any of the smaller pots that I have I’m going to use up with my cantaloupe and watermelon, right now to get ready two of them upstairs! Whatever plans I can put into new fairly good-sized plants might not have to transplant at least for a while that be great because the transplanting is what gets really hard on your plants!
I try to transplant as a little as I can and I try to transplant the whole thing if I can! This is why I like starting seeds in egg shell cartains because, the curtain is biodegradable and so to all go into the garden without doing anything to the plants roots, making it better for them to transplant better for when the plants go into the garden when transplanted!
When your seedlings are ready to be transplanted, go ahead and get your next pot or container that you were going to use, fill it not quite half with dirt oh, don’t forget your egg shells and hair!
Go ahead and lift your plant out!
I like to squeeze the bottom of the plastic seed starter! Holding up the stem as close to the bottom of the root as you can if you cannot flip it upside down cuz there’s lots in there still then go ahead and loosen the bottom and left it up very carefully!
You then just put it into your pot!
With your dirt about halfway filled you, can go ahead and fill it up!
Most plans like to be planted on an angle, this is making it so that more of their stem goes into the the dirt making the stem turn more into a root base!
There you have it now put these plans into the sunshine, water everyday give them some love and watch them girl!
I hope you enjoyed starting seeds with me this year I absolutely love it!
I really tried putting a little extra love into my plants this year trying to make my garden as good as I can for the food supply for next winter!
I hope you enjoyed this blog if so make sure you leave a comment and like it!
There will be more garden blogs coming up this year so make sure you follow along, add your email to get notifications of one I put up new blags, I aim to do a new blog every Monday just some for some extra motivation!

Hi, good morning, welcome back to Classy Classics By Kandis!
How was your week ? I hope you had a wonderful week did you start any seeds yet? That was last week’s blog oh, it was fun all of my seeds that I started came up oh, so that’s my good, I am actually getting ready to transplant those ones and start some more!
Did you read last week’s blog about starting seeds I’ll leave that link down below!
With spring coming and in the air there’s also a whole another thing to start taking care of along with everything that is already needs to be taken care of in the house!
So I thought this week I would try to organize my time, spring is coming and the time spent in the house is going to start coming less and less available! I realize that spring time frames are not the same as that what they were, and they never will stay the same season-to-season especially with having a little kids like what I do!
But, spring is a month away the seeds are sprouted and I am getting all of my cleaning done so I can get outside and start playing in the garden!
So, when it comes to you trying I want to know do you think you have too much time or not enough time? I asked this question is everybody’s going to laugh and probably obviously say I don’t have enough time!
But is that really what it is?
So, if you’re saying I don’t have enough time I’m going to schedule out different blocks! And if I say that I have too much time then I’m going to schedule of different blocks!
No matter what you’re going to look at your day as a block system! One of the best ways that I found and there are so many ways to manage your time but, the best way that I have found is from Jordan page! I have done other blogs on time management and block systems I will leave them link below!
I find that it really helps just sitting down and looking at your day and seeing where your time is! So I am going to show you what I mean!
I use a planner and used to use all sorts of stuff and I might go back into using a block system again but for right now my planner is doing great! We’re having two little kids at home into big kids at school my day is going to look different than anybody, please remember everybody schedule is going to look different than everybody else’s! I did not say this enough when I talk about managing your time!
In my planner I will typically pick a couple tasks to do a day, if only happens that I get it was done through the entire week that’s what happens, but no matter what your day will be a full day! Doesn’t matter if you were in school, at work, or if you work at home, your day is still a full day!
I find it the easiest to break my day into boxes to find out where everything sits!
My block system when I created, I always have to kind of go back through and re vamp it as kids get older routines change, school comes into play all of this everything changes!
My system is from 6 a.m.-9 a.m. Then 9 a.m -12 p.m there is my first 2 morning boxes! Then I break the next hours up into blocks! 12 p.m- 3 p.m See the idea, with my schedule and the kids schedule it was easiest from me to do a box system breaking it every 3 hours! This may not be your system you could maybe do just morning afternoon and evening, maybe you go hour by hour! The biggest thing is to sit down and break your day up into blocks, this way you can see where you are at the busiest and where you are the freeist!
You can then with your block system then start filling in your times! This is routine and non wiggle room! Kids up, school, morning routine, kids home, bed time ECT.
There you have it!
This is one the best, fastest and most productive way to sketch out your time! This system allows you to keep anytime aside but, also to be able to put any time frames into there are not able,to be moved around or compromised!
I have a couple examples of my own block system, routine and planner below that inuse as a way to help trck my time! I hope they help, I hope you enjoyed the blog!
Finding time is hard, but keeping time is just as hard! Let me know in the comments below if you have questions on time management! Say hi, let me know what you thought of the blog! Don’t forget to hit that follow button for notifications on new blogs every week, I upload every Monday!
Want more day to day fun and ideas, tips and tricks? Head over to Facebook or Instagram for fun on those pages!
You know it’s funny because I was cleaning up today they found a couple presents for my daughter under my desk so I guess she gets extra presents this weekend!
I think she will be excited about it haha mom moment!
Can you believe it’s the end of February?
I got all my valentine’s decorations down, and am cleaning corners and dusting cobwebs! Have you started spring cleaning?
I think it went by really really fast oh, the point where I now have my seed starts out and I’m going to start couple of my plants!
I have my pictures of my seed starting at the bottom of the blog for you to look at how I started them this year oh, well some of my seeds this year!
In Saskatchewan I have to probably start stuff different than what are other provinces might!
With garden season sitting close to 12 weeks away there are a couple plants I need to get started now!
The seeds then I’m going to start this week my watermelon, brussel sprouts, peppers, banana peppers, broccoli, cauliflower and my cantaloupe!
This is also when you start celery I don’t know if I’m going to pre-start salary this year I have to actually finish points are my seeds first!
I actually just found a new way to organize my seeds I seen it on a garden group on Facebook!
It was using an old photo album and you know I have one that is not in you so I think I’m going to try! I will of course but it in a post when I try! I do have a cute seed container I got from the dollar store, that works great right now!
I really look forward to our next season this year oh, it was a crazy year and I look forward to challenging myself to see what I can do for a garden again this year!
Last year my garden was crazy fast put in, it was challenging to keep up with it last year I did it and it turned out pretty good, but this year I am excited about getting at the garden and seeing just how great it can be this year!
I have a year that I have gardened in the spot now, so there’s definitely some things that I know that I didn’t know and some things that I would like to try that I didn’t get a chance last year!
Ideally when I look at the calendar I would like to have my garden ready to go by May long usually it’s the end of may!
I only say the end of me because it’s been years since we’ve actually been able to get a garden in May long!
They used to put gardens in my May long all the time and the weather is be changing so much through the last 10 years that it’s easier try to get a garden in that early anymore, so I do try to give myself a little bit of wiggle room and so I don’t get as ancy when garden season comes so I tell myself by the end of may!
HOW TO START SEEDS INDOORS:
The first thing you have to do is figure out what you were going to start your seeds in!
I start my seeds in egg cartons! They are put in fruit containers that act like a little greenhouse and then they just get transplanted with the egg carton still right into a bigger pot and then from that pot it goes into the ground! This is so I’m only actually transplanting those small little roots once!
I do have a heated starter that I got for my birthday last year, and with this I don’t put eggshells in it because it just has the black plastic holders! These are just dirt, that will get transferred straight into pots!
Another thing that I like to do when starting seeds is when you are putting their seeds in I always try to mix some hair and egg shells!
This round didn’t get any eggshells because I didn’t actually have any eggshell set aside for some reason, but I have some going now so that I can have egg shells from when I do my other seeds and when I do my transplanting to my bigger pots!
The hair I know sounds weird but, the protein in the hair makes it great for seeds! I have some hair from my boys hair cut last year that I just bagged and put into my garden box! You do want to try to have un died hair so there is no toxins going into the soil and seeds!
WHAT TO DO WITH YOUR SEEDLINGS!
What do you do with your seedlings after you have all of these plants going?
After a couple weeks when your sprouts are beginning to get ready to start transplanting, I will start thinning them out only strong seedlings can stay, and then maybe get transplanted into next bigger size pots!
This is where you start getting a lot of stuff right now is when you don’t have these little squares you have tons of pot’s with plants!
I will use any window sill that I have, actually just moved a desk into my youngest kids room so that I can use the top of the desk in front of the window!
In my house if there’s a place that sunlight hits that’s where a plant goes! It’s hard because none of our plants in Saskatchewan can even start going out for another 2 1/2 months!
So if you live in Saskatchewan or someplace really cold make sure you are only starting plants that you have room for and make sure that you remember that you can spread out your starting of seeds!
So, something’s get started 12 weeks early something’s get started 8 weeks early most things only get started 6 to 4 weeks early!
My point so make sure you sketch out your plans and make sure you have the time frame but you have to space and don’t overdo it! Trust me it’s really easy to start them but, then all of a sudden you look around and you have a hundred plants into trying to find room for!
This actually happens a lot easier than what one would think it happens to me every year you think I would learn by now!
That is how I am starting my seeds this year!
Are you starting seeds this year?
Do you have a big garden?
When do you start your garden?
Gardens are so much fun they are definitely worth it in the end with they are definitely so much work!
Give yourself a little space, give yourself some time, give yourself a little pep talk and you will be loving garden food!
I hope you enjoyed this blog I’m starting seeds, I’ll love this time year! I’m sure you follow the other social media post there is more post and fun tips and tricks on starting seeds and lots more garden and summer fun coming! I will course leave those links down below to Facebook and Instagram, I hope you will come and join me over there to there for lots of fun!
So until next week have a great day, a wonderful weekend and work and a productive week!
All of my decorations are down already in my house, I never actually had this much decorations up for this long before!
Now I was pretty happy to get my house back to plain so I can get some corners cleaned!
I thought this better be a good time to start doing some corners dusting the ceilings, clean some windows clean on the inside of course I live in Saskatchewan!
It was -52 here the week before valentine’s day!
Did you get cold weather?
This is the time of year that I try to do a lot of mine spring cleaning actually! It’s that time of year where it’s not spring but it’s not our busy time of the year!
I tend to try to keep up with a lot of the spring cleaning all through the here with my zone cleaning, and because we do live in Saskatchewan when summer comes we’re not in her house to clean!
This year is even going to be kind of hard because when I’m shampooing the rugs this summer and it’s hard to even do that because we don’t have a long summer here there’s so much that we try to jam into two months that’s the last thing that one wants to do is shampoo the rugs versus hanging out in the sun!
So I decided to take a running jump I got all of my decorations down and I’m going to start dusting those corners off and getting the house ready for us to GET OUT of the house!
When do you find that you do the most spring cleaning?
Are you one that will do all of your spring cleaning in one weekend at Springtime freshen up the house and move on, or do you do a little bit all the time through the year to keep that workload down for the fun time of summer!
I’m not decorating at all for Saint Patrick’s day because it’s one day which is funny because, valentine’s day is only one day, and I definitely decorate for it!
I think it’s because it’s such a sweet day and it’s my daughter’s birthday so we tend to really go up and over on the love factor!
What the next big holiday then I’m decorating for is Easter! That gives me just over a month about a month to get my house cleaned up and organized as what I can!
I’m still trying to organize this place! It’s coming but how we ended up moving in vs how normal people end up moving in was not the same!
So, when I’m doing my spring cleaning this year I’m doing a lot of the organizing this year also!
Let me know if you want a Blog about my organizing… oh, this is also where you can go to my other social media pages to see more of what I am doing and what I’m using, and just how it’s coming along! The link will be at the end of the blog!
This is also where it’s really nice that I try to keep up with most of my spring cleaning survey year because then I can tackle some of the other things while I do it through the year!
I don’t have as much time as when I would like to be able to sit down and do this when I want to do it, because we all know when I mom sits down to do something the kids are instantly needing everything under the sun!
As I’m starting to get back into the swings I’m getting my house cleaned up with my xone cleaning! I will leave some links to those blogs below!
I’m trying to also remember that the season that I am in with the kids being the age that they are, I try not to get overwhelmed when I don’t get everything accomplished the way that I had set out in my mind! This is one of the things that this winter will a kicker with with covid it’s hard to keep in mind that it won’t always be this way, not having that interaction with other people to have those friends let you know that it’s fine and they can’t get in out there closets organized this week either because there was a full moon or something!
This was one of the main connections for my blog was so that mothers would never be alone! It can be hard when you get sucked into the toddler vortex, and then you throw no interaction allowed on top of that and you also start going bonkers!
So when stuff like this starts getting to me just had to take a step back and remember that I created this blog so that moms could be connected and we could always support each other! Remember mothers are amazing but together we are unstoppable! Never met somebody that wants to argue with a group of moms lol!
So my big plan for the next week of February is to see what I can do get done! I am going to be working all the floors in my house trying to get things back in order or even in the first time order!
All right look forward to taking Along on this cleaning and organizing week! This is one of the things that I love doing is organizing that is why I actually went and got my organizing certificate because it is just such a fun thing for me to do!
I hope you will join me and I do some deeper cleaning this week I will bring you along on next week’s blog and show you just what all we have been getting done!
Do you have any organizing questions? Got cleaning questions? Do you have any tips or tricks?
Let me know in the comments down below, or over on Instagram or Facebook I will be trying to blog as much of the cleaning and organizing as what I can remember to do this week!
Until next week have an amazing day and awesome weekend and a productive week.
Hey good morning happy Monday! Always welcome back to another blog on Classy Classics By Kandis.
How was your week?
Can you believe that January is gone already?
Why didn’t 2020 go this fast? Right!
Are you excited for Valentine’s Day? Do you do special stuff for Valentine’s Day?
I think Valentine’s Day might definitely look a little different this year!
And, just like Christmas I decorated early, and I definitely put a bit up! Valentine’s Day tends to be a pretty big deal in this house as my daughter’s birthday is on Valentine’s Day! We definitely decorate for valentine’s day here lol!
This year it’s definitely a little different we can’t send any baked goods to school so sad, we are just sending Valentine cards which have to actually be there by the 8th so that the school has time for all of the cards to sit for the restricted amount of time to have the kids be able to have them out on the 12th on Friday!
So, this year we’re not doing any extreme school baking I always love sending Valentine’s treats I did the cheesiest things!
I’ll actually we won’t link down below on some of my past Valentine fun!
Make sure you check out those fun creations throughout the other Valentines!
I thought I would show you some of the super fun cute decorations that I ended up doing this year just to try to bring in some love to the house.
I also decorated early because one I was done with Christmas but I wasn’t done with decorations oh, I actually turned our Christmas tree into our first ever Valentine’s tree which was total inspiration from LoveMeg over on YouTube!
I also decided to not take off break between Christmas and Valentine’s Day because my husband is actually getting ready to leave and so I thought it would be nice for him to see the decorations as long as he could because when he comes back the first round of being gone it’ll be just before Valentine’s Day!
I thought I would decorate early so that we could all enjoy it more instead of him just seeing it for one weekend he now got to see it for like a whole month hahaha!
It definitely kind of helps that Valentine’s Day is on a Sunday this time oh, and that there’s a holiday on that Monday!
So, if you are excited about seeing some really cute little decorations let’s go ahead and take you around and see what I have this year!
Most of the stuff I had already but, lots of it I definitely picked up some this year it all came from the Dollar Tree except for one piece that I bought at Michaels because it was 40% off and really cute!
Here we go then let’s take a look at how my house looks or Valentine’s Day ! Remember please give this blog awake if you enjoyed the little Valentine’s to tour, hopefully it will give you some motivation to put some love around your house!
first valentine’s tree window stickers ever wherelove is in the air These both from Dollar tree The sign is the one from Micheal’son of my favorite signs Dont forget about the kitchen! Our cute holiday sign!
That is my house this year!
Not to shabby, I think valentine’s day is one if my favorites!
It is just so cute, all the love, hugs and kisses what is there not to love!
I hope you enjoyed the valentine’s blog! I would love to hear what you do for valentine’s day?

Until next week I hope you have a great day a wonderful weekend and a productive day!
This week as I’m twiddling my thumbs, I thought why not take this week to talk about a new routine!
My skin and hair routine!
I am with a company called Monat! Have you heard of them?
It is a company that is non-toxic, animal friendly, plant-based, says no to all sorts of silicone and fillers!
It is designed to use less products any more water when it comes to using the products! I kid you not when I say a bottle of shampoo and conditioner will last me alone between 6 and 8 months!
There is a full line of hair products for any kind of hair problems oh, there is also a full skin care line what two different lines to help target any kind of skin combination that!
My bottle of face wash will last week close to a year! That’s crazy if you ask me! One bottle for one year talk about easy!
I am going to take through the skin care that I am currently using along with the hair mask I am using!
If you are looking for a new hair or skin routine, then I hope you enjoy this blog! Want to try monat? I’ll have a link below to take a quick quiz, browse products or see what all there is offered!
With 12 kinds of shampoo and 5 hair masque along with 2 types of face care when I say that there is something for everyone there truly is!
There is also a junior, mens and pet line! With a new line only available in the states and hopefully soon to Canada the wellness line!
So, come along as I get ready with some amazing products!
Let’s start with the shampoo and conditioner with hair masque!
With the hair washes, I have only tryed a couple kinds, as it lasts so long! I have some pretty long hair and I still only need roughly a quarter size of product!
I only have to wash my hair once a week now with these products, but I do tend to wash my hair twice a week because kids are gross and that means that I get gross!
I am currently using and loving with a hydrating shampoo and conditioner that really helps with my hair in the winter as it gets so dry everywhere and Saskatchewan during the winter months! And, then I use the super nourishing oil cream shampoo and conditioner once a week I use this when I use my hair mask, which are use once a week! I use the replenish Masque which makes my hair just feel so much better after a hard week of being neglected!
The times that I do my hair by that I mean when I brush it, I always go for the knot detangler and when I brush my hair I try to always use the rejuvabeads to help with my split ends because I haven’t had my hair trimmed in at least 3 years if not 6 LOL joys of being a mom!
Let’s start with the skin care routine!
I use the balances line, it is the sweetest bluey color!
This is perfect for combination skin! In the “normal” skin area! I will try to always wash my face in the morning it’s just something that I can get up and get myself going and suck it up and get my face washed I just feel so much better for the day!
I am not the best when it comes to washing my face at night but I am trying to get better with that, I attend to not unless I wear makeup and I don’t wear makeup because I don’t leave my house lol, when I you do wash my face I definitely feel the difference and it feels great!
When I have makeup on I absolutely love getting ready at night because I just bought this Vanishing makeup balm and it takes my makeup off without any problems and it makes it so easy!
I haven’t bought makeup remover in so many years I have always made mine for a long time oh, and I got the stuff on sale I got it for $13 and so I wanted to try it and I don’t think I’m going back to the homemade stuff with how easy and lovely this stuff was!
Another thing that I tried to put into my routine is to do some sort of a face scrub once a week oh, I was just using black coal gritty face scrub that I had got and have had it actually for a while, I also got the berry scrub on sale though for $13 so I went ahead and tried that and it is very nice to!
Berry scrub I will be using instead of my black coal gritty one and, I tried to do a face scrub once a week just to help my skin get prepped and loved for the week!
As I am getting older I realize that my skin is not the same and, I don’t know anything about skin care products and this is one thing that I love about this line is that all this stuff is meant to work together and so it just boosts each other’s products versus greasyness and it’s on and not working together!
I don’t know if that makes sense but that’s literally how how little I know about skincare, I know that as I get older my skin is not the same, I look forward to taking some care and love for it and having a really great skin care routine would probably help my skin!
Well, that is that that’s my hair and skin routine!
What do you do for your hair and skin routines?
Have you ever thought about trying a different line?
This was a jump that I had taken a year ago and I am so glad I did I look forward to bettering myself with some of the products that I have been trying!
Make sure to leave a comment and to like this blog if you enjoyed it! It was a different blog that I usually do but I find that taking care of myself is just as important of a routine as getting my morning routine sometimes done if not more important!
I hope this motivated you to start taking more time for self-care you deserve as much as self-care as what you can do!

Hi, good morning welcome to Classic Classics By Kandis!
I am so excited to have you do today, and for you to following the blog, or coming to hang out whatever brought you here!
How was your week?
Did you read the blog about the Sunday prep day?
Did you get motivated to get a prep day into your week? I will leave a link for that log Down Below in case you didn’t get a chance to read it! I love my weekly reset and I don’t know what my week would look like if I didn’t at least attempt one!
I had a different blog for this week, but then life really, really, really happened and I kind of got stuck, I was going to just skip this week, and work on something else, just kind of wait it out till you know next week comes and I have a full blog to put out!
Then I realized it doesn’t matter what I blog about any blogs that I put up is a full blog.
I thought that I would take this blog too be able to say hi and welcome to my page!
I had recently hit 50 likes on my blog page and I was so proud! All I could think was wow I have to say thank you to everybody who has helped me hit that goal! I realize that I started this blog and then I had switched blog sites, and I have a lot of new people that are following me and I love you all for that!
I wanted to come and say hi and just give you some information about myself and why I started a blog!
I was always really interested about the blogging world, after I had my third kid I had really started watching and diving into some YouTube videos, just has a way to try to get a handle on my life and my emotions! I had just started watching a few that would help me get a handle on getting my house in order, carrying the kids on routines without me feeling like an evil mom LOL!
I was trying to just see is there anybody out there that is feeling like me that is going through anything like? You know when I started watching YouTube videos I had started with Kim off of season her apron have you ever watched her? You should check check her out she’s a fantastic stay-at-home mom and I’ve watched her now for years, I also watch Jamerelle from large family table, Sam from happilyahousewife, Kathryn from do it on a dime, love Meg and of course I love catching a video from Jordan page!
There is a couple others that I have started following just kind of expanding some of my content of people that I enjoy watching, kind of depends on what I’m going through in my life at that time right!
I was watching these ladies for at least a year couple years, and I always thought it looks so intriguing to do something like this and to see them just kind of talk to us the followers as if we are there and bring us into their life and to give us all these motivation and inspiration for our different seasons of life if you will!
I will try to leave early some links to these ladies down below if I can figure it out hahaha if not I encourage you to go and find some on YouTube and check out some of their videos they are truly motivating!
So, back to the blog and why I started blogging and what I hope to get out of the page!
After I had my last kid he is now 2 years old, I had felt very alone and confused with how I should be dealing with it all as a mom!
Especially being a stay-at-home mom , I had been a stay-at-home mom for almost 10 years already and I knew that I knew what I was doing but, when you have all of your emotions from swirling in and you have all of the different you should be doing this and you should be doing that coming from either in your own head or from others it can make it hard!
And I will tell you this right now it should not be hard you should not feel defeated as a mother!
I realize that as a mom I will feel defeated, I will feel tired, I will feel emotionally drained and confused and go to bed almost every night with Mom Guilt!
This is when I have really decided to dive into the the mommy role and I wanted to share whatever tips and tricks and advice and confirms any of this. I had came across through the years and we’ll come across through the years I wanted to be a voice for moms I know that you don’t have to do it by yourself!
One of the sayings that I have for my page Classy Classics By Kandis is that moms are great we can do anything but, together we are unstoppable!
And I find that so so true because I know in our community, that when something gets hard when you look at what is happening you will see a strong pack of women! Also I’ve learned that a lot of people don’t like dealing with a pack mamas LOL!
That is kind of the main reason why I decided to just dive into blogging and until making my blog and facebook page that I did!
I was hoping to get positive vibes around me as much as I could and this blogging Community has showed me so many possibilities! I love the fact that I can learn something and help a different person and just even a small way!
With that I’m going to leave this log was saying thank you so much for everybody who has followed me! It really made me realize that I don’t want to get this out, I absolutely enjoy reaching out and blogging! I do hope you enjoyed this blog go ahead and give it like, I hope to have Classy Classics By Kandis grow through 2021!
Make sure you check out the Facebook and Instagram pages I will of course leave the links down below!
Until next week thank you again I hope you have a wonderful day, a great weekend, and a productive week!
